Applying Liquid Eyeliner
Does anyone have any tips for applying liquid eyeliner? I'm used to using pencil liner, but thought I'd try liquid on the upper lid since it lasts all day and doesn't smudge. I am new at this and keep making mistakes..

Pull out your eyelid to make it as straight as you can.
Try to make it touch your eyelashes; don't worry about it being straight.
Get a Q-tip with makeup remover to make it straight.
I use pencil/kohl, but I'm sure that makeup remover works on both kinds, so the procedure should be the same.

I had the same problem, what i did was i lightly lined my eyes with pencil eyeliner then went over it with the liquid eyeliner slowly and carefully till it looks about right!

i personally hate liquid eyeliner. its too dark and its really messy. well when you apply it, if its not a straight line clean it up by getting a wet tissue with a little soap on it and straightning it up by wiping it and making it straight. sorry if this sounds confusing! liquid eyeliner is pretty dark so just apply it on the bottom lid.
