You could, in theory, get arrested for it. Will stealing one or two songs get you arrested? Probably not. I think it's immoral to steal from musical artists or whomever else because you're too cheap and lazy to get the real music, video, software, whatever. PunkieFreak4690 answered Thursday January 4 2007, 1:25 pm: I really don't know any particular people that got arrested from using LimeWire, however I did hear that the Government is tracking those who are sharing the files rather than downloading them. Every LimeWire user has the risk of getting into trouble but you want to make sure you are not sharing illegally-made music, videos, or pictures (hence Piracy).
