oXoCutiex6 answered Monday January 1 2007, 3:17 pm: ohkay. Just to let you know, I am a well.. very good cheerleader. im extreemly flexable so.. i'll just tell you how i got it down, firs tof all, you need to start by stretching a lot, sinc eyou need to learn to do one both ways, you cant really risk pulling somthings. To be completely honest.. its very highly you'll have both splits down in 6 months, btu you cant think of it as "its going to be easy" you need to train like.. your chances are slim to young.. try heal streches, jumpes, and anything to stech and just. go ina split.. and bounce a little.. and just do this.. try doing it while your watching tv.. or listening to msuic. or studiyng.. i used to sit on my bed and do this; try puttin a pillow under your croch area so.. you can get it so that your in a split and yo know how it feels, watch your back leg also, you dont awtn that bended, that would be straight. if oyu need anymore help, feel free to ask.. im always open to help out! Just do them. I'd suggest doing a straddle first, and becoming limber.
In your straddle, once you can't feel the stretch anymore, lift yourself up and scoot forward, thus creating more of a middle split.
