Thinner Face

Question Posted Sunday December 31 2006, 12:22 pm

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting a thinner face, so that your cheekbones can really be seen. I'm about average weight but on my cheeks and face I have a little fat, maybe baby fat, that I would really like to get rid of. Any suggestions would be very appreciated =]

Do mouth exercises. It will burn calories.

Had to say it, lol. Seriously: most people lose baby fat by age 12-13. You can thank your facial "fat" to your mom and dad-- that's right, genes. There's no way to lose that fat right now, but your face will start to thin out as you get older. For now, be happy with what you have. I know it sounds corny, but trust me, once you do get a thin face in a few years, there's a good possibility you might say, "Hey, I liked my chubby face more." Also, just because you have a thin face, doesn't mean your cheekbones really show; also, if you have a chubby face, you can have apparant cheekbones. I know, you're thinking 'Yeah, right.' I have a pretty chubby face (teen), am average weight, and my cheekbones are reaally apparant. I always have veins showing under my eyes (runs in my family) and my eyes are really deepset, because of my apparant cheekbones, and I have to use coverup everyday or else I look like Bride of Frankenstein. So my point is... be happy with who you are and what you have, because some person out there probably is in love with your face and wouldn't want you to change it. =)

The amount of sodium that you intake also has to do with this. Try eating foods that are low in sodium. It really helps to thin out your cheeks..it helped me alot!
Hope I helped! =]]]

Hey
The fat on your cheecks and face have to do with your weight. If you want to have a thinner face you are going to have to loose weight, but since you are an average weight and are happy with your body then go to a make-up counter and as for a foundation that will make your jaw line stick out more and make your face to appear thinner. I hope this helped.

There's no way to lose weight just in your face, if you'd like to see a thinner face...you'd have to start a diet and lose everywhere else and your body will eventually get to losing weight in your face. When I started losing weight, I lost 10 lbs & everyone could tell my face was getting smaller. So if you have a thin body I wouldent start a diet just to hope your body starts taking fat from your face.

Hope I helped :]
