I have the worst relationship with food right now. This past summer, I was very strict with myself about what I ate. I hardly ever ate any kind of dessert, and I counted calories closely. Now, ever since Thanksgiving about, I binge all the time. I eat a bunch of Christmas cookies and icecream and candy and stuff. I try to tell myself to go back to normal, but I just turn into a different person when I get near food. What could be causing this? How can I get control of my life again? I know this is unhealthy, but I can't do it by myself. (link)

The same thing happened to me before. My advice to you is start exercising get a membership to a local gym and work out, if you dont have the money for that then go running (bring a fav cd or ipod it goes by faster) but start off slow, see if you can buy some weights and do different repetitions, even buy one of those exercising dvds. Before you know it you will be looking great and you can still eat the things you love, but trust me once you start working out your metabolism will speed up and you will stop craving the junkfood just take one day at a time dont try to rush it. let me know if this helped =)

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on getting a thinner face, so that your cheekbones can really be seen. I'm about average weight but on my cheeks and face I have a little fat, maybe baby fat, that I would really like to get rid of. Any suggestions would be very appreciated =] (link)

Hey
The fat on your cheecks and face have to do with your weight. If you want to have a thinner face you are going to have to loose weight, but since you are an average weight and are happy with your body then go to a make-up counter and as for a foundation that will make your jaw line stick out more and make your face to appear thinner. I hope this helped.
