ductape_n_roses answered Sunday December 31 2006, 3:33 am: Basically you should be around 140lbs. But you shouldn't base your weight lose on pounds because muscles weight more than fat so heh. So use a tape measure. Anyways, just eat 5 meals a day very--healthy meals. 3 regualr meals and a small veggie/fruit snack in between meals. Drink lots of water and cut off junk food and high carb foods. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30-60min minimum. Your arms, do push ups, lift weights, and if your mom needs help like re arranging the furniture, help =] [ ductape_n_roses's advice column | Ask ductape_n_roses A Question ]
becca08 answered Sunday December 31 2006, 2:07 am: what you can do is begin to modify your diet by eating just about 3 oz of red meat in one serving because it isn't really all that healthy. Eat more white meat. Eliminate sweets. Eat at least two servings of fruits a days. Eat up two four servings of vegetables. Make sure you get your fiber in. Definately eat your white meat. NO FRIED FOODS! And for your arm exercises...what you can do about that..you can begin to do push ups if you haven't began to do those yets and begin to lift light weights. But over all, for your height, your weight range should be about 140-150 pounds, so you're actually not too bad at all where you're at. When you begin to siet, you won't see immediate results, so don't get mad, you will see results over time, give it time..lol. Good luck. [ becca08's advice column | Ask becca08 A Question ]
