Yeah you can, it's just an expansion pack, so it justs adds pets and leaves everything else.

Yes, i have that game and i still can have kids. it just takes time though...like how girls get pregant it takes time. because of it being an expantion pack it has every thing that you could do from the regular sims 2. The pets can have puppies and kittens too.

Hi! Well, I have the Sims 2 pets for Playstation 2 and I don't think you can have toddlers and teenagers. I tried the "woo hoo" thing, lol!, and it wouldn't work, like, there wasn't a choice to "woo hoo". But if you have it for a different system (computer, or anything else) then it may be different. I hope I helped some!
