Just a Quick Question about Abuse Reports

I answered a question, and I, along with all the other people who answered, got a 1 or 2. I'm not sure if this is grounds for filing an abuse report, so I just wanted to make sure, because I don't think it's fair to get a bad rating for a good answer.
