my knee hurts SO bad. it feels like someone is stabbing right thru my kneecap. i've been to an orthopedic surgeon for it before and they took xrays and said that it was just my knee trying to come out of its socket and so its grinding against the bone because my muscles are so strong there that theyre forcing it over. so we had to go buy a brace. then they put me in pshysical therapy for it for like 3 months. so now its getting REALLY bad again and i just want the pain to stop. pain reliever isnt working. any ideas or anyone know what this may be?

I had the same thing.
When you were in physical theropy
I'm sure they gave you some exersizes
to do. For me, they worked on balance
so the muscles around my knee would become stronger, and pull equally. Work on the different things that you learned, and it should get back to somewhat normal, or to the point were the pain will stop.

My knees acctaully do dislocate. The only thng i know for you to try is strengthen the other side of your knee. If you get the mucle on the rest of your knee or onthe other side the mucles might even out and pull your knee back the other way.
