Poking the ribs sets me off every time and I'm usually ending up screaming with laughter.
and i guess it's true if you laugh so much you probably can wet yourself! Especially if you have a weak bladder.

It really depends on the girl. But I'm really ticklish and pokable so I probably know most of the possible tickle spots.
You sides, poke them, if you just touch someone really lightly that tickles, on your knees when they're bent, back of your legs, when you go down someones spine if that makes sense.
