I have a really pretty best friend. See Im not the chestiest person int he world and she is lets just leave it at that.
I think thta even if he did leave you haning then he dserves a second chance.. but dont jump into it too fast. if you do youll loose site of things.
Take it slow.
If you dont like him anymore then forget him and move on.,
Show him what he missed out on thats so improtant.

He doesnt sound like a good guy if he left you hanging for your best friend. But, who knows, maybe he's changed and likes you. I would try talking to him. Send him a text or IM or whatever, and say "Hi, whats up? I havent talked to you in forever." Just to see what happens.
