now this isn't for weight loss or anything. i am in pretty good shape. but i was wondering if it's possible to pull a muscle in your stomach. because if i stretch, like tilt my back back, i can't because it hurts soooooo bad. it's not cramps or anything. so i was wondering if i did pull it, how can i like make it better pretty much, and if it's not what is it and how can i make it better
BarkersBeauties answered Tuesday December 26 2006, 10:46 pm: yes it is possible to pull a stomach muscle. the best thing to do is to stop exercising and let it rest. the muscle can get sore and hurt really bad. so if you don't exercise for a few days it should feel better.hope i helped!! I'm in gymnastics and we have to do conditioning with alot of sit up and cruches mostly with our abdomen. If you were doing stuff like that then i t might hurt for 2-3 days.
