Not a stuffer?
Up until the end of seventh grade I was flat as a board, then my boobs litterally shot out over night and continued growing all summer. Now I'm almost a C and everyone thinks I stuff just because they came all-of-the-sudden! What should I do? I'm sick of people always throwing tissues at me!? THEY'RE REAL.

Adolescent boys are usually immature and are very fascinated with female breasts because they are bigger than their chests. Usually young boys only care about breast size. I'm 15 and a guy, and I've been through that, but now it doesn't matter that much me. So when boys are doing it, it's because they are interested in your breasts. I'm guessing that you're in ninth grade. I've heard that the average bra size in the United States is a 34C. You should be proud of them and maybe show some cleavage . You can't use tissues to make that. However, I'm not saying to be a big slut. On the other hand, girls that do it are probably jealous. I'm not a girl, but girls are always stressing about the size of their boobs. You should consider yourself lucky that other girls want your chest. Besides, who would stuff to fill a C cup, that's a lot of tissues.

Of course it seems weird, but it's puberty and some people are clueless.
The only way to prove people that you don't stuff is flashing them. So obviously some guys are going to bother you about it and they think they're going to get lucky, and have you flash them. So don't. :]
So you could always wear a shirt, that shows off cleavage?

just ignore them, they're stupid to not realize that it's totally normal. just wait, soon enough they will go through the same thing and if they're boys (well obviously they won't grow boobs) BUT, they'll probably shoot up from like 5 feet and then be like 5 inches taller. they'll get over it eventually, so don't worry. :)
