This girl who is 12, in my school, had sex with a 14 year old.
I don't know the details or anything, but I know she has done it like 10 other times with a 16 year old too.
She agreed to, and wanted to, but couldnt they be charged with rape or something?

if she wanted to also, no one can get in trouble because the boys are under the age of 18. the only trouble i'm guessing these boys can get into is with this girl's dad.

well it just realli depends if that 12 year old told anyone that she'shad sex with them but i dont think they could be charged because she was the one who agreed to have sex with them but if that person was like 18 nd having sex with her then yeah they could be charged

I think the sixteen year old could be charged with statuatary rape, though I'm not completly sure. I thin the legal age difference is supposed to be three years, while in her case, it's four. If he was charged with statuatory rape, it wouldn't matter if she was willing or not. It's all an age thing in that case, and he'd end up in trouble, regardless of whether she even wants to press charges or not.
I'd just reccomend you and your friends try to get her away from older guys, so that she dosen't get in trouble, so THEY dont get in trouble, and so that no one gets hurt.

The only way it could be illegal would be if it was with an 18 year old, because that's considered an adult. If she does it with an 18 year old, it doesn't matter if she agreed to or not, its still considered rape because he is an adult. A 16 year old cannot be charged for rape if he does it with a 12 year old.

As long as she is willing then no. If they were 18, which is legally an adult,they could be, but not 14. :)
