Okay I love my friends to death, but they are more worried bout my health then I am! I have this weird disorder that if I dont eat/drink enough I'll spaz out. Anyway everyday they think that if I don't eat my whole luch (which is huge!) I'm gonna die they think I never eat when I do! I don't know how I'm gonna tell them that on Monday I felt so dizzy and light headed I literaly fell back and hit my head on my speakers, because I don't want them to get twice as over protected as they arleady are, what do I do?

First of, you have awesome friends who really care about you! Anyway I'm really sorry about your condition and hope you never spaz out again. Now about telling your friends....that's a tough one but I think I have a solution! Tell them that if they promise not to be AS overprotective(I use as because friends will always be overprotective)you'll explain what happened. Oh ya and if they promise not to bug you at all at lunch you will eat say a sandwich and like a cookie or chips, something like that. This way your friends will know your healthy(they want the best for you!)and you'll get them off your back! Hope I helped. Ask for more advice anytime.
