If you haven't figured out how to tell if you like something or not by the age of 13, then you probably shouldn't go after guys.

At your age and for the next few years you will find that you like someone when you get butterflies when you see them or hear their voice. If you can't stop glancing at them or they make you nervous, chances are you like them. If you want to hold hands, hug or kiss them you like them.
After the next few years you may develop wanting to share you secrets with them and have them tell you theirs as a clue that you like them. If they treat you well and you make eachother happy that is another sign.
Overall, if you enjoy being around them and want to be closer (talk to eachother more and spend more time together) you like them.

This is kinda hard to answer because you just have to follow your heart really, but normally when you are around poeple you really like you get that feeling like you heart racing and then you are always happy and smiling. Things like that,

the onlt way you know if you like a guy is if you think about him a lot and when he talks to you , you get real happy or if hes with a grl you get real jealous and when you dont see him you kind of get sad, hope my answer helps you

You can just sort of.. feel it.
Like if you see them or think about them then you may feel nervous or get butterflies in your stomach, and you realize that you may mention their name alot in conversation or that you're sitting there thinking about them a whole bunch, possibly even day-dreaming or just normal dreaming about them.
Like I said, you get really nervous whenever they're around, and may start to blush and don't know what to say to them. And whenever you aren't near them, you try to find ways to get near them wether it's walk closely to them in the halls or sit near them in class or what.
