okay this may sound freaky, but sometimes mothers can just tell that something is different. but physically she may have a small glow to her, doctors can sometimes tell, but they can't tell her parents without her consent, but other than that, no.

there isn't a way to tell that she had sex just by looking at her.
doctors can tell by checking her hymen, and inside her vagina.
but nothing physical changes on her.

In a lot of cases, you can find out by if she broke her hymen, which is right above the vagina. But there are a lot of cases where you really can't tell because the hymen can break from anything including other sexual activity or playing sports. In some cases you can also tell by any kind of inflammation of the vagina (like any kind of redness or irritation) which some girls get.
You still can't tell just by her walking.. there could be several reasons why a girl would walk differently after sexual activity.
