Anq3L_xO answered Wednesday November 22 2006, 1:21 am: You might lose a pound every week. May I make a suggestion? When you say exercising moderately, is that running for 30 minutes? If you maintained a low-carbohydrate diet, ran or did cardiovascular activity 4-5 times a week and substituted all other beverages for water, you could see major difference in two to three weeks. But this shouldn't just be a "diet" because "diet" is only temporary, to keep the weight off you need to make it a way of life. Hope I helped, good luck! -Angel [ Anq3L_xO's advice column | Ask Anq3L_xO A Question ]

A good weight loss diet will have you losing 1-2 pounds per week. Anything more than that and odds are you're not losing fat, so it won't work in the long term, you just have to try your plan and see what happens. [ spacefem's advice column | Ask spacefem A Question ]
