theres this guys who i reallllly like. people also think he likes me, too, just because he always looks at me and talks to me. But, I told my friend to tell him that I like him. So, my friend told him that i like him, and now he seems to pay much more atention to me and want to talk to me more and stuff. is that normal?

Oh that's definetely normal! That usually means that a guy likes you alot whenever he does this, and now that he knows you like him back, he feels less nervous and shy around you. Because you see, before, whenever he'd flirt, he was probably worried you'd find out and reject him or not flirt back or something.
You're probably making him like you even more and who wouldn't want to hang around with thier crush and talk to them all them time, especially after they know thier crush likes them back? XD
So just keep sending those signals his way and show him just as much attention as he does you and see where it goes from there.

i would say that is a good thing.
it means hes interested and probably wants to get to know you better, so when he asks you out its not awkward.
