This just sounds like he was acting like a regular guy, lol. He was most likely trying to weird you out, especially if it was on a dare, or if his friends were anywhere near you. Honestly, I think you shoudl be weird right back, lol, it would put him in his place.

Who knows. Guys can be really strange. Maybe he likes you. Maybe he was trying to figure out if you liked him. Maybe he was flirting. Maybe he was just trying to annoy you. Only he knows. Ask him. :)
