okay so i never get "bloated" or whatever when i get my period but this time i am and it's making me feel GROSS!!! how do you other girls deal with it/make yourselves feel better/make bloating go AWAY!! besides taking midol? thanks!!!

ah yes, the joy of being a girl :)
EDIT: hot showers/ baths, exercise, and sleeping DO relieve bloating.. at least for some people. The others distract you. Sorry I wasn't any help! [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
