It's different for everyone. For some it may be a simple even flow, for some random bursts. I've never actually counted, so I'm not sure. You should try counting yourself. Just change your tampon or pad 5 times a day or less or more depending on your flow. The number of blood discharges don't have an affect.

You can't really mesaure how many times it comes out, because it depends on your flow. And it's different from day to day, and then person to person. Change your pad when it feels gross (I try to change it every two hours) and then change your tampon every 4-6 hours, or if you leak, sooner than that, obviously. Hope I helped.

Its not a case of how many times ^^
Its an ongoing thing unfortuneatly

But you change according to your flow.
Light - 1 every 5-6 hours depending on your form of control .. usually light can be 5-6 with any, pad or tampax

Medium - 4-5 hours ..again it can be less with pads.

Heavy - I find usually every 3-4 hours but sometimes more , 4-5
If you have only just started then you will start light then rush into a heavy flow. Just ask one of your friends if your not sure ^^

You don't have periods a day, I think you might be asking how long they last?

Well if that's it, a period can last from around 5-7 days. But sometimes whenever a girl first recieves her period ( or even if it's not when she first ) it can tend to be irregular and even be less. But 5-7 is the average lasting day.

I hope I helped.

if you mean how long they last... they can range from 3-9 days.

if you are taking birth control it can last a minimum of even two days.

if you are just getting between your 1st-7th cycle it can be short aswell, maybe 3 days.
