This could mean a couple things. Most likely, it is that you have a vivid imagination. The image got stuck in your mind for one reason or another and now your mind is transposing it onto everything.
Another possibility is that you have a lot of worries that have brought death into your mind. Do you have a sick family member that you have been concerned about? Has there been a recent death of someone you cared about? Or perhaps you have been seeing too much on the news about kids with guns or other death related things. Your subconscious could be tapping into that worry and making you see death everywhere.
It does not mean that someone is going to die or anything like that.
One thing you can do to help get rid of the image is to put it somewhere. Do you write? Draw? Paint? Use the image as an inspiration. Perhaps that is what is is meant to be anyway. If anything is persistantly on my mind, I find it helpful to express it somehow. Then it is out and not bothering me anymore. Some of my best art and writing have come that way. Perhaps it will work as well for you.

I don't think it means anything.

It's probably just your imagation, and your mind playing tricks on you.

Sometimes whenever people think they see something, and that images is in their mind alot still, if they look at other things, their mind tends to trick them and make them think they're seeing it other places too.

Just try and unfocus about the grim reaper and carry on about your business and just distract yourself, and then whenever you're mind isn't thinking about what the grim reaper looks like and the fact that you're looking to see if it's on something, then try and just hang out and see if you see him on anything.

But if you're insinutating that thing in like the movie Final Distraction where the girl sees things whenever people are about to die and it shows her how they're going to through the shadows or wherever, trust me, that's not true and it means nothing like that.

Like I said, it's probably just your imagination and your mind being silly.

I hope I helped.

it might just all be in your imagination!
or in other words, you might be looking for it without you even realizing it, so your mind will make you think you see it.

try to not think about it at all. just keep your mind focused on something you really like, so you'll see that instead.

hope i was able to help!!
