Losing those 5 extra pounds

Hi,

I need to lose just 5 pounds, but I do not know what to do, any advice?

If your only trying to lose 5 you probably dont need to lose any weight. To answer your question, drink lots of water, limit the amount of junk food, and carbs that you eat. Substitue wheat for white bread.

Dont aet anything after dinner.
that is the key to losing any kind of weight.
also WAlk or jog..everyday or at least everyother day

Running can help burn off those extra pounds.

That's the easiest thing to do, because you don't need special equipment [besides shoes, but who doesn't have those] and it gets you outdoors.
