its definitely a good choice. However, it's not like you choose who you like. I mean, you kind of just fall into that kind of thing. Guys that are a little "geeky" are honestly better because they arent really shallow, or judgemental of you. You can just be yourself around him. Nice boys are the best, jerks, no matter how hot, are not worth your time. And plus, you date who you want, no matter what ANYONE else says. Even if your friends dont like him, but you actually know him, date him anyway. Even if the "popular kids" dont approve, or think yall are the "coolest couple", date him anyway. The only reason you have not to date him is if YOU don't like him.

Who cares if he's a geek or not. It shouldn't matter who you like, if you like him, you like him. Plus, he's friends with popular people too if it matters that much, so it's not like he's like "intergalatic star wars" fan club president with his pencil pocket friends or something.

If he's cute and nice, that sounds like a great boyfriend to me. If you have a good time with him and you like him, like I said, who cares. Other people's opinions of you shouldn't matter, because in whatever years whenever they hit college ( if most of them even GO ) they're not going to be popular or anything, they're just going to be like everyone else.

So go out with him, and have a great time. Have him and a few other people all hang out together and get introduced so he can be more friends with your friends and they'll all get a good opinion of him and see why you like him so much and everything. But like I said, if he's friends with popular people and geeks, he's obviously not that bad of a person at all. He sounds great.

I hope I helped.

I'm fully prepared for the one you're going to give me, but whatever. First question, who the fuck cares if the guy's a little geeky? Are you that much of a sheep that you are worried about allowing your personal feelings to be....personal? If the guy is cute and nice, and you like him, then what's the problem? You can either be yourself and like him, or be fake and allow others to affect you. The guy's you think you want to like are only going to hurt you.
