last night.. 14-F
last night around 2am. i was sleeping on the couch because my room gets very cold. well right next to my house is 4 large peak windows. well two kids smashed them with baseball bats. it was the scariest thing. i was covered in glass. i didn't get hurt but i was so shocken up that i threw up and i could not stop shaking. now im terrified to go back to sleep. it took me 3½ hours to try to get back to sleep. the reason they smashed them was because my brother 18, got into an arguement with this kid and the kid wanted to fight with my brother but my brother wouldn't fight him. so they took it out on my windows. i just kind of stare. i've been quite depressed for a little bit of time now and after that i feel worse. i just don't want to move or do anything. i dont know what to do. i'm still shaking and can't stop crying. what can i do. please help.

You should tell your parents what they did (if they don't know already)
Try to talk to your parents or friends to learn how to calm down. Then, if that doesn't work, try seeing a counselor.
Hope I helped, darling.

you need to talk to your parents and tell them you think you need couseling or to see a doctor about the effects of a traumatic accident. ]
I am so sorry this happened to you, I'd probably be shaken up to if I was in this situation.
I would talk to your parents about it or maybe have them contact the police and have this issue taken care of because if they've done it once, they could possibly do it again. So if you have the police go and talk to them and fine them, hopefully they'll learn their lesson and if they repeat it, they'll get fined once more and maybe even arrest for destruction of private property.
I don't think they'll come back though and repeat that, because they probably know you and your family know who they are, and they probably don't want to risk getting thrown in jail or getting into major trouble, so your home is probably safe & sound now.
If I were you though, to make yourself feel better and more safe & secure, I would choose another area in the house to sleep in. Maybe just stay in your room, but purchase some more blankets and everything so it's less cold. Maybe even buy a kerosene heater that you could place next to your bed.
I hope I helped. ]
I would also be shaken from this horrible incident. I am very sorry this happen to you but they wont do it again because they already did it so there's no reason to be scared anymore. Your home is safe i am sure and tonight if you are still scared then sleep in your own room with a lot of blankets. Everything will be fine. i hope this helps. ]
