Hello I am a 13 year old girl and I don't know what to do. I like this guy ALOT and I was going to tell him that I liked him but I found out he was going to ask out this really nice girl out. I don't know if I should tell him or not now. If I don't I'll regret it. But if I do tell him it might reck his relationship with the girl. He could change his feelings or something... I don't know what to do...

See what he says, he might feel the same way towards you and you could start going out. If he doesn't say anything, then make the silence funny by saying something like 'woah, this is awkward' and smiling. If he says he doesn't like you in that way then just say 'ok then, no worries'.
However, if he really really likes this girl and goes on about her all the time, it's best not to say anything as I know that when some poeple are really head over heels for someone, they find it hard to fancy anyone else.
If this is the case, then leave him to ask out this girl, if she says yes, then be happy for him and wait until they're not dating anymore, if they do break up, then comfort him for a week, then, if you still fancy him, you can tell him how you feel.
If she says no, then, again, comfort him for a week and then tell him how you feel.
Hope I helped,
