I'm short, I wanna work out, but I need to get taller!!!
Question Posted Saturday October 28 2006, 10:08 pm
ok, so, this has been a big problem for me lately. i'm 5'2. i'm pretty chubby and i'm about to get the ab lounger or whatever soon... but i want to get taller. i go to the weightroom at school to lift some weights but my friends tell me to stop because i'm already short and so i did stop and i just run on the treadmill instead.
if i do get the ab lounger, would i still be able to get taller? and how can i get taller?

2. I'll bet you're still about 15 so you aren't done growing. You'll stop when you're about 17 or 18, after that...there's nothing you can do. Sorry. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

The ab lounge may indeed tone up your abs and slim them down a bit, and working out is a great way to stay healthy and in shape. But, if I'm understanding your question correctly, you can only get taller by growing taller.
