Dark under-eye circles! How do I strengthen my capillaries to fix it?
Question Posted Sunday June 28 2009, 10:04 pm
i have superr bad under-eye circles, right.
so i went on this site. and they said it's cause my capillaries aren't strong enough, and are seeping blood into the skin near my eyes.
gahh!
so. can you tell me how i can possibly
strengthenn my capillaries?
Or anything else you know of that will help get rid of my under-eye circles forever?
So, if you notice its one of those, then try fixing that, get more sleep and eat better.
Also, they make cream to help it go away, the only brand that I'm absolutely positive that has it, is Lancome. That's what I use and it works really well. I don't know how much it was or anything, but you may find it expensive, because its lancome, i don't know though. Ask around, go to sephora or something, I'm sure other brands make it. The only way to "strengthen" them is to make them healthier, which would just mean total body health. Eat right and exercise. Sounds stupid but it has to do with blood flow and what goes into your blood. Also, drink lots of water. Aim for 3-4 bottles a day.
Undereye circles are also genetic. Check your family tree on both sides, as far down as your great grandparents, to see if they passed down a trait to you that skipped your parents.
If you're tired or sick that also may be why you have undereye circles, your capillaries are stressed into breaking. It contributes to total body health. So stay healthy.
Try Neutrogena 3-in-1 Concealer for Eyes. Its an eye cream in addition to a concealer with SPF so it soothes the area slightly.
I feel your pain haha, I have genetic undereye circles, and even worse, visible veins on my eyelid and undereye area. With concealer and foundation barely anyone can notice though, so don't worry about it. You're always your own worst critic.
