Not a lot. Maybe a tiny bit of natural colored eyeshadow- maybe a light brown or something sheer that matches your outfit. A little bit of powder blush and mascara and some sheer lipgloss should do it. For nicer occasions, maybe a little tinted moisturizer, blush, eyeliner and lipgloss.

I'm 13 and this is what i do.

I dont use foundation, but you might want to. It gives the skin an even look.

Then some eyshadow, nothing to bright.I use a shimmer.

The eyeliner. It depends on your skin tone and hair and eye color, but i use a brown color.

Then some mascara. And some lip gloss.

Hope i helped, if you have any other questions, just ask me!

I'm fourteen too. I don't think there's really a limit, but no one wants a full face of makeup, that's completely over done. So here are some steps that I think would be good for you:

#1 Foundation: Foundation is good to use because it evens out your skin tone. You want to always make sure that you choose the right foundation. A good way to know if the foundation matches your skin tone, is to take the foundation and compare it to the top of your hand. If it matches, it's right for your skin tone. Once you figure it out, it won't be hard, lol!

#2 Mascara: Mascara is great for making your eyes pop, if you get a good kind. I recommend Maybelline Great Lash Mascara, it's the best in my opinion.

#3 Lip Gloss: I would choose a lip gloss, over a lip stick right now. Like, Bonne Bell Vita Gloss 02. It's amazing!

#4 Eyeliner: It's great to make your eyes pop as well. I'll give you some of my tips on eyeliner... Beige eyeliner makes your eyes look wider, and white eyeliner makes your eyes appear bigger and really makes them *pop*. Brown eyeliner makes your eyes appear smaller.

Good luck!

I'd say eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, lipsgloss, & foundation if needed.

just the bottom for the eyeliner. and a small slim line if you are going to do it on top. Nuetral eyeshadows not like hot pink & dark purple. um a natural looking lipgloss with a little shimmer. & if you are using foundation dont pound it on like icing on a cake, feather it out with a make-up sponge. & remember make up is to enhance your natural features not cover them up =]

hope i helped =]
