how do you get your eyeliner to stay on all day or for a long period of time.
i mean right when i put mine on, ( i do the whole pull ur bottom lid down and line it with the eyeliner thing ) but what are some other ways cause when i do that it goes away in less than 30 minutes and smudges below and is really messy.
thanks so much.
and please don't say "you should ask ur beauty consultant about that" or "you should ask someone who works @ the make up counter about that"

My sister's eyeliner smudges and goes away quickly. and I let her use mine and it stayed on all day. Unfortunately, I lost the eyeliner and I don't remember the brand, but I went to target and asked them for 'long lasting eyeliner.' [ take_thisride's advice column | Ask take_thisride A Question ]

people may tell you not to use it because its hard to apply but you get the hang of it after like a week.
Dani121 answered Sunday October 22 2006, 12:03 am: eyeliner is a tough thing to have stay on. what works for me is have your eyes open real big when you put it on. to have it stay on for a long time but lots of coats of it on, or maybe try some darker colors. if your using black it is hard, instead use a really dark brown and have it UNDER ur eyes not above the eyelashes. crazyme6 answered Sunday October 22 2006, 12:01 am: it really depends on the eyeliner. Loreal eyeliner stays on ALL day for me. i used to have the same problem before i got loreal and what i would do is close my eyes and put translucent powder on my eyes( the kind you put on with a brush that has no color..just matches your skintone) which would keep it from rubbing off. oh and if your using the pencil kind i recommend trying the kind thats more like a marker..the kind you roll up at the bottom.. (not the liquid kind) because it stays longer than pencil or just try loreal haha [ crazyme6's advice column | Ask crazyme6 A Question ]
