How do I get pictures that move for like 3 seconds (look like videos)?
And how do I get pictures that flash like 3 pictures in one, like a really fast slideshow?

download Animation Shop 3
I used to make AIM/msn icons all the time
AIM ones are 50/50 & MSN 100/100
(if you decide to make one)
Search google for animation shop 3 download
it should be free
and if/once you get it, you should be able to figure it out
it goes by frames
Like if I wanted my name to animate i'd put
Roxy in the first frame, and Starr in the 2nd
so when it was animated it would flash roxy starr
and if you dont want to make your own, you can always look up gif images on the net & find some

Dude, those are gif. images. You could get some of the net. Or you could make some on your own. But you need a software. Google- "How to make gif images."
