This morning I accidentally washed my Razr. It was submerged for over an hour, and when I took it out there weren't any scratches or anything broken off. But now it won't turn on. Is there any way I can salvage my phone, or will I have to get a new one? And if I do have to get a new phone, can I somehow use my old SIM card or is that destroyed too?

Take off the battery cover and take out the battery. Let the inside of the phone dry out. Take the phone apart as much as you can and let all parts dry out- be sure to turn them upside down, etc in case there's water stored in there.
Wait a day or two and put your phone back together. If it still doesn't work, call Verizon or whatever phone company it is and ask for help. [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]

If your phone still doesn't work, try getting a new one. Say yours stopped working and you;d like to at least get the SIM card transferred to a new phone. There's also a way to transfer just the contacts, and that's probly a not cheaper, like $10. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
