She said- I need help with getting my husband to want to kiss AGAIN
.. so they never really kissed when they're "parents"
Don't be jerks. :|
Get in check with reality. Most parents stop hugging and kissing when they're in the real world. They have jobs and kids to take care of, so those things slowly stop happening.
Anyway,
When you're alone.. or away from the kids.
YOU make the move.
You kiss him slowly, try to warm him up.. show him how to move his lips.
You can't forget how to kiss. He probably doesn't want to seem bad at kissing.

Yes, okay.
