there is this girl i know who makes her pictures look flawless perfect face and she really enchances herself without enhancing the rest of the piture does anyone know how she does it
1. use the heal tool to get rid of any skin imperfections, like acne and what not.
2. a slight blur.
3. duplicate the layer you just did all that to. on the duplicated layer change the blend mode to overlay. then just make the opacity 40-50%.

So yeah a digital camera usually comes with a program where you can edit the pictures.
I dont have adobe but
I know if you brighten the picture by using a contrast effect it would work.
Softening and blurring tools will work too. You just have to select the areas with a button with a dotted line. (I think Adobe has that picture on the button?)
