bullimia's effects
clear teeth!
so my teeth are not yellow... they are clear.
it is so wierd but my teeth are clearish, especially at the end of my teeth. i know why my teeth are clear [i used to be bullimic, but i have been cured for 2 years now] what i don't know is how to fix it.
im 15, so hardcore dentistry is out of the question. is there anything i can do that i can do myself?

well, your teeth are yellow for an obvious reason, because of the acid, but I'd reccoment whitening strips or maybe switch to a toothpaste that is meant to whiten you teeth
also,t here are creams and solutions you can put on your teeth, check out a local drug store for somethign like that.

You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.
