"A person whose sexual preference is one sex. It can be heterosexual or homosexual."
Or you could be thinking of another meaning;
"A person who has sex only with themselves."
If you are in love with yourself, yes, you can be thought of as "selfsexual"

Monosexual simply means someone who is attracted to
only one sex (or gender).
A narcissist is one who loves themself.

Monosexuals are described as someone who is only attracted to one sex, be it male or female, so they're can be gay monosexuals and strait monosexuals.
It's a bulked word, meaning it can be another way of saying on is gay and has no feelings to the opposite sex, as opposed to bisexual, which is the sexual attraction to two sexes.
As for "self-sexuality" I would treat that more as vanity than anything else.
