PunkieFreak4690 answered Wednesday October 4 2006, 8:29 pm: any kind of water-proof eyeliner, especially the liquid eyeliner pretty much stays on all day and it does not smear or fade, unless your rinse your eyes thoroughly with water to get it out. hopeihelped answered Wednesday October 4 2006, 6:45 pm: You can put it on the skin below the lashes, buy waterproof eyeliner, or just reapply during lunch. I find that if I put a little bit of mascara on my bottom lashes, it stays on better. If you do this, use clear mascara. Good luck! [ hopeihelped's advice column | Ask hopeihelped A Question ]

clouded_bluee answered Wednesday October 4 2006, 6:08 pm: well if you want to put it on the bottom lid your best chance would be waterproof eyeliner. but if that doesnt work you might have to put it on your skin down there, i have that problem too but i like my eyeliner too much to buy a waterproof one.
