i want to try to lose about 5 pounds by halloween maybe? i'm like 5'3 or something and around 110 lbs maybe more, maybe less? anyway, today so far i've had regular cheerios with 1% milk(for breakfast around 10:30 ish?) (but i didn't drink the milk, i dont like it), and for lunch(around 12:15) i had a piece of turkey, chesse, and lettuce on whole wheat bread, and a few blue corn tortilla chips. what else should i eat to keep my metabolism up?

and for excersice i danced to a few songs, and i ran up and down my stairs for about 5 mins. i mainly want to lose weight in my upper inner thighs(ughhh) and my sides a little bit.

You don't need to lose weight. If you lose weight you come close to falling in the underweight category.
I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds. I'm skinny as all hell. You don't need to lose any weight. You're fine.
If you want to tone up that's a different story, do crunches and sit ups and such and find workouts to tone your legs. No need to lose 5 pounds. ]

You aren't looking to lose weight, so don't diet.
You're looking to tone up your thighs.
Try riding a bike, it'll help tone up the sides of your thighs.
Also, take an exercise ball and put it in between your legs [while you're sitting] then squeeze it in, hold for five seconds, then squeeze out. Do about 20 reps the first night and SLOWLY work up to 100reps a night.
In addition, if you drink soda, completley take it out of your diet. If you replace three cans a day with water you can loose up to 5lbs a week.
