Yup I totally understand what you're saying. T-O-T-A-L-L-Y.

There are a number of reasons as to why they behave like so:
1)They enjoy seeing a reaction out of you.
2)They have low self esteem and so they point out people's mistakes to make themselves feel better.
3)They are jealous of you because deep down , they know that they admire you
4)They are pessimistic bout most things and they bear grudges against anything and everything.

Firstly, understand why is she behaving like this. Is it because she has low self esteem and enjoys crushing people? If that's the case, why should you bother bout the stuff that comes out from her mouth? These words should probably come out thru her ass but maybe her brain has some problems trying to process her ideas. Ignore this type of people. Don't stoop to her level by arguing with her. Be smart, show that you are of a better grade than her by not getting pissed by her comments.

She could be actually admiring you and refusing to accept tt -jealousy. As a result she expresses such feelings like by criticising you.

Think, why does she like to tell people hurtful things? From there, think bout how you should react to her comments.

Well though i cant do much for you i can tell you this,
ask her(nicely,) if you can talk.Find out why shes mad, and without getting mad yourself talk to her about, if she screams just listen and be calm. She might talk for ages, so dont interrupt or say anything. she might just want to get things off her chest, so you can tell ehr anything at the end you need to talk to her about, throughout the whole things stay calm, then say your sorry, hopefully she will too.
good luck
