paid account layouts..

Question Posted Friday September 22 2006, 10:53 pm

i just got a paid account, and i would really like for someone to explain to me how to work the codes for creating your own layouts. do they work just like livejournal, or myspace? or if anyone knew a couple of websites for me to get some layouts from, that would be most appreciative.
