Make sure to wash your face daily with a gentle cleanser for oily skin.
Get yourself a good moisturizer (also for oily skin, and oil free) to use after washing. Apply this to your T-zone, too.

I would recommend PanOxyl for pimples. (If you can't find this, the key ingredient is benzoyl peroxide.) You should be able to buy this cream at drugstores. You would apply this to the pimples after washing and moisturizing.

I would really reccommend a toner for your blackheads. If these blackheads and big pores are on your nose, buy yourself an alcohol free toner, and apply this to your nose once a day. It should clean out dead skin, and minimize the size of pores.

During the day, try a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15. This is a light moisturizer, with a tint of colour; like makeup. It should hide most pimples and redness, but keep skin looking natural, while also protecting from the sun.
Be sure to eat healthy food, get daily exercise and drink lots of water. These all contribute to your skin.

you could ask your mom to buy yor some skin cream, or if it still isn't working, you could see a skin doctor about it

My dear, I have the sameproblem..to a lesser degree now. And the arm and leg thing doesn't apply to me. Anywhos.

Those acne: NEVER USE WHAT DERMATOLOGISTS PRESCRIBE YOU WHETHER IT'S TO APPLY ON YOUR SKIN OR ORALLY APPLIED. It will hurt you in the long run externally AND internally. I don't suggest using store products even if they are recommended. EVERYONE has different skin types and they will always have different reactions to everything. Say one person loves Clean and Clear and it works for her, then it may just cause irritaion, burning sensation, dry your sking out, and just make your acne worse.

But there is one thing that is definately proven to work: Green tea. Seriously--wash your face twice a day (Cetaphil is rad and awesome. It's really gentle and softens your skin)Once in the morning and once at night. At night, after you wash your face, make green tea (prefebly organic powder green tea with filtered out water--not tap water) and make sure it's at room temp or cooler. After your rinse your face, dunk it in the green tea, or splash it on your face with your hands. Do this everynight---for as long as you wish. It will make the pores smaller and the pimples will go poof after regualr use.

And the redness and such, it's because of the acne and if you popped them, it will leave scars. To even out your skintone, use Aveeno Positively Radiant. Make sure it's oil free when you buy it. But it will help your skin tone smooth out. Drink a lot of liquids..water is the best. Lay off sugar, choco, greasy stuff such as fast food, pizza, fries. Sodas..try not to drink them. For the blackheads, eat a lot of greens or veggies
