Hi...I liked this guy for 3 years now.And everyday at school i see him in the hallway and he sees me 2.Iwant to know 2 things.
1.How do i get him to notice me without him knowing?
2.How do i know if he likes me?

Just try to look your best everday and go up to him and start talking to him...lifes to short for all you know he could be wanting to talk to you. I had the same thing and i never said anything come to find out now 5 years later that the hole time we actually both liked eachother but now it'll never happen cuz we grew apart

Try talking to him and becoming friends first, then you can work from there.

Start up by simply smiling and saying "Hey" when you see him. Slowly move it up to a conversation, like "Hey how are you?" then "Hey, I like you're shirt" or something easy like that.
If he's got a screenname or a myspace try talking to him on that, this may be easier then just waltzing up to him and chatting away.
Once you two start to become better friends, then lay down the flirting. Smile when you talk to him, touch his arm, giggle at the funny things he says, look into his eyes.
I suggest the purchase of a deep perfume. I personally love Fantasy by Britney Spears. Alot of guys notice when I wear this, which is great. Guys LOVE when a girl smells good.

Heres a test to see if he likes you:
Smile at him, if he eagerly smiles back, its a yes!
If its sorta a half, shy smile, maybe he likes you but he's just quiet about it.
If its sorta an ackward who-are-you smile back, then its probably a no.

You cant get him to notice you with out him "knowing" unless you mean, knowing you have a crush on him.
Just make effort to get to know him,
and to answer your second question,
if he doesnt notice you, then he doesnt like you.
