Ahhh I don't know what's worng with me right now. Lately I've been soo forgetful. Like, school just started a week ago and I've lost my history binder and english notebook. ALREADY. And whenever a friend calls me or something I always forget to call them back. And I'm freaking out about this test I have tomorrow because I can't retain information because I'm forgetting everything! And I always leave my books in other classes. It feels like I'm getting old and having memory problems haha. Idk I'm just really stressed right now and I really don't want to lose anymore things and forget everything. Any idea on what I should do!? thanks.

For the calling problem maybe you could get a planner and write 'CALL ---- AT 5:30'. And for studying go somewhere quiet (no music, no tv, nothing) and just go over your notes over and over. How I remember hard things, well for me at least, is I'll study with someone and when they make a stupid joke I'll remember it during during the test.
Hope I helped.
