my name is justin, iam almost 18, actually iam 17 years old plus 7 month.
i live in new york.
i was woundering wats the legal age in the us to have sex, and am i free to buy condoms?

There is no "legal" age to have sex or to buy condoms UNLESS you're having sex with a minor (under 18, in some states its under 17). Good luck!

there is no legal age to have sex, unless its with a minor. anyone is free to have it. and there is no specific age to buy comdoms, well maybe real young but im sure you are fine to get sum and not get in trouble. your plenty old enough

I've haven't heard tell of a law for having sex or buying condoms - you can buy condoms at any age. Having sex with someone that is 18 or older is against the law though, if you're younger than 18. But other then that you're fine. ♥

well i dont think there is a legal age to buy condoms. Im a casher and i have 14-15 year olds buying condoms. And there is nothing i can do about it.

I've never heard of there being a law that states you have to be a certain age. There is laws against a minor (under 18) having sex with someone that is 18 & older though. There is NO age limit on buying condoms -can tell you that for a fact because I used to work at a grocery store and a convience store and we were told to sell them to ANYONE.
