S_C answered Wednesday September 6 2006, 6:31 am: Yes, it is bad for them. Wait until you get your braces removed, then start using the crest whitestrips. The good thing, they actually work. I still have my braces on, but once my sister got her braces removed she started using them and there were positive results.
