Keosha answered Wednesday September 6 2006, 2:47 pm: You can get a yeast infection from a multiple of things:
Wearing a thong.
Using a scented soap down there.
Using lotion down there.
Wearing panties without cotton lining.
Wearing colored undies.
Not bathing correctly.
Not wiping correctly.
Not eating enough yogurt having enough acidophilous in your system to balance your PH correctly.
Not eating healthy.
Sweating.
Not bathing enough.
Being pregnant.
Wearing too tight pants/underwear.
Wearing pantiliners ALL the time. (Your vagina needs time to breathe)
Not changing your tampon or pad on a regular basis. (leaving it in too long)
Thats all I can really think of at the moment. [ Keosha's advice column | Ask Keosha A Question ]
