eating to little? is head ache
light headedness
and dizziness when you stand up
symptoms you get from lack of food?
my mom thinks i don't eat enough
i think i might just be tired.
btw i ate today:
a light and fit yougurt
a hotdog with bun
a hotdog without a bun
and a pretzel

It may be not eating enough... it may also be a combination of that and an iron deficiency. Iron deficiency is very common in teenaged girls, and causes the symptoms you named. ]
sorry to break it to you but your mom is right.that is definitely not 3 full meals.. for breakfast try yougurt and special k ceral. for lunch a hotdog and chips and maybe a fruit. and for dinner have pasta or something filling that you like with 2 sides. have a snack inbetween each meal. try that and see if your still tired.good luck. ]
You don't eat enough. You need 3 meals a day not little snacks.
Those are the symptoms. You are tired because you're lacking energy. So eat more and you won't get sick. ]
Your mom is right. You don't really eat as much as you should for your age, though I don't know how old you are, but I'm assuming you're a young teenager. Those are pretty much snacks, so you should really try eating more.
