Try going to bed earlier. My friend has this CD that has like calm music tones, like nature sounds just loud enough though for you to hear it. It helps alot to sleep I went to sleep in like 5 minutes and I wasnt even tired! Or try the old fashioned way - count sheep I usually do that when nothing works. Just move your eyes left to right a long time and count. Your eyes will eventually get tired and close. Hope I helped!

i had the same problem last school year. this school year its not really a problem anymore because i have so many things i got to do and it makes me tired by the time i get to sleep.

but in your case, i would think of something exciting or something to think of that might or will happen the next day. that way it will seem like its coming faster. or think of something that happened that day that you really liked and try to remember how it happened specifically. you'll fall asleep in no time. and sometimes for me i have dreams about it and i enjoy them a lot.
i don't know if that will help, but it works for me!

i hope i helped and sweet dreams :)

I had the same problem but now i`m at a rountine of going to bed at 9 oclock and getting 8 hours of sleep. DON`T take naps after school because your body will refresh and be full of energy that you won`t be tired for school. An hour before your bedtime, read a book, write in a journal/diary, or lay down. DON`T play on the computer, watch tv, eat and drink something, or anything else. Shut your bedroom door with no lights or music on in your room. And relax. Try different things everynight too like one night try music on to put you too sleep and if it doesn`t work try another thing like no music. Hope you can fix your sleeping problem.:] Message me if you want some more advice. ♥

I find that deep, even breathing and/or meditating at bedtime can have a positive effect. Having a warm bath, a hot drink of milk and lavender under the pillow can also be beneficial.

If you find that your mind is going over things you should have done or should be doing, writing them down will help clear your mind too.

If you lay there worrying about falling asleep this will have the opposite effect so try to clear your mind of negative energy.

Hope this helps. All the best.
