it wont turn in to a scab no matter what, but you should put a ice. it will stay red because, frozent things make things red, but that way it wont STAY red, only temporarliy

Put Visine or other eye-whitening drops on a q-tip and freeze it overnight. Put it on the red part and it should help.
If you don't have eye-whitening drops just put an ice cube wrapped in a paper towel on the red spot.
It should go away soon,though.

If it's just red then ice it.

But if you think a little layer of skin got pulled off, then it will turn into a scab. Put neosporin on it and it will make it heal a lot faster.

Aloe Vera or Hydrocortisone cream - Both soothes skin and reduces inflammation including rashes or red-looking areas.
